Tell your story with patches
Add at least one patch and try letters, symbols and colours in the visual configurator. Review the position and arrangement before adding your creation to the cart.
Confirm and choose delivery
Review your order and enter the delivery address at checkout. Available shipping options and charges appear before payment; the TAGS team professionally applies the patches.
From Rome, to your door
Create your accessory without visiting the shop. Our physical studio is in Rome, at Via della Dogana Vecchia 9. In Milan and Florence, TAGS is available online with delivery.

Can I buy patches on their own?
Every TAGS customisation includes one item and at least one patch. Items and patches are not sold separately: explore the options in the catalogue, then create your accessory in the configurator.
Do I apply the patches at home?
No. For a personalised accessory ordered through the configurator, the TAGS team professionally applies the design you confirm.
Can I order from Milan or Florence?
Yes. The online Patch Bar offers delivery to Milan, Florence and the rest of Italy. Enter your address at checkout to see the available shipping options and charges.
How much does a personalised accessory cost?
The price depends on your selected item and patches. Review your configuration summary and checkout total before paying; contact the studio if you need help with your design.
Can I visit the Patch Bar in person?
Yes, at our Rome studio, Via della Dogana Vecchia 9, every day from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm. Walk-ins are welcome; contact us in advance for groups.
