Two days in Rome can fill up before you leave home. This guide helps you reserve part of your weekend for the historic centre and a personal creation at TAGS. Choose the visits that matter to you, then build a manageable walk around them instead of a minute-by-minute schedule.

Before you visit

Before travelling, choose one main visit

For the Pantheon or a museum, check the official website and arrange admission separately. Keep the confirmed time as your anchor. Avoid fitting distant appointments into the same part of the day: moving around, eating and resting deserve time too.

Day one: get your bearings and collect ideas

Explore the area between the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. Look around the squares and decide where to return for a longer visit. Photograph a colour or note a word or detail: it may inspire your accessory. Our dedicated walking guide provides a suggested order of stops and official references.

Choose your moment at TAGS

Fit the Patch Bar into free time on either day, during opening hours of 10:30 am–7:30 pm. At Via della Dogana Vecchia 9, choose a base and try compositions before the team fixes the patches. Confirm the total and time needed, particularly before your return journey. Arrange group visits in advance.

Day two: leave a choice open

Pick one Discover Rome stop or a food recommendation after checking access and opening hours. If it rains, favour an indoor visit and a creative break, remembering that travel between stops is still outside. You can swap the two days without rebuilding the whole itinerary.

Finish without chasing one last stop

Allow time to collect luggage and reach your departure point. Check that your accessory’s size and how you will carry it suit your trip. A finished creation, a photo and an address to return to may be enough; the places you missed are a reason to come back.
